Tethered is out now on Oculus and Vive!

The team here at Secret Sorcery are thrilled to announce that Tethered, our beautiful virtual reality strategy game is now available on Oculus & Vive via Oculus Store and Steam. We’ve also released a patch for PlayStation VR which introduces Move Controller support, along with a raft of graphical enhancements for PlayStation4 PRO players.

If you have a pair of motion controllers such as Oculus Touch or PlayStation Move, you’ll now be able to get hands on with the Peeps and fully explore our lovingly hand-crafted environments. While using your godly gaze to create tethers was an efficient and popular mechanic when Tethered launched, motion control is even more powerful, allowing you to clamber freely around the islands to find your perfect vantage point or get up close to the Peeps as they battle against the evil creatures of the night! With your hands physically in the world, directing the Peeps and commanding the weather is so simple, you already know how to do it - just point, click, drag and release to wield your divine influence.

We’ve also been busy making the wonderful worlds look even more magical for PC and PlayStation Pro gamers. Gorgeous water, dazzling god-rays and bloom, updated particles effects and significantly better anti-aliasing are just a few of the improvements you’ll appreciate, not to mention the spellbinding spectacle of the Aurora Borealis style lights in the night sky!

With all these enhancements and additions, Tethered looks and plays better than ever! And with a newly reduced price of just £18.99, we hope that even more virtual reality gamers will be tempted to take the plunge and save the despairing Peeps!
